PORCUPINE NECKTIE

Hello guys,

I read the chapter "porcupine necktie" and I have a couple of questions. To start with- Why is Leo talking about neckties?

In my opinion neckties aren't important nor interesting. I want to know why the first part in the book is about ties. I thought about it and I think that Leo talks about neckties because neckties are important for him. But why? - Maybe because Leo got a necktie from his uncle Pete who is an important person for him.

Next question- Who gave him the necktie after his birthday?

I can only guess and read the book. I think we will get to know who that person is.
